Earlier this year we listed our property with Baird and Warner through Eddie. Arrangements were made and Eddie had a professional photographer come through and take pictures of our house! Eddie listed our house and within 3 days we had a buyer! My wife and I looked at a lot of pre-owned properties and when we did not find anything we truly liked we started looking at new homes. Eddie had recommended a builder just as a comparison to good and bad construction and within a day of looking we found our home we currently live in. To this day we are still very happy with the house, location and schools. If your looking for a realtor that will look out for you and be there in your best interest Eddie Ruettiger is your guy! In 2013 I went through a divorce. He sold the house we had within 7 days of it being on the market for the asking price. And I needed a place of our my with my 2 daughters. He stuck by me for over a year trying to find a reasonable place, in a good area that I could afford. He took me to at least 5 houses a day on my days off of work. And also made the house searching fun for my daughters as well. Then we found the perfect place to start over. Two bedroom 2 bath which is now a 3 bedroom. He helped in anyway he could. I would recommend Eddie to anyone looking for a place or trying to sell one. I can't say how happy we are with our home.
